First, when the inlet pressure P1 increases, (P1-P2) increases, then the electric valve spool upward movement, so that P1 and P2 reduce the opening pressure, the spool P2 decreased; when the inlet pressure at lower P1 (P1-P2) is reduced, then the electric valve spool downward movement, the P1 and P2 opening increases, the valve pressure increased P2. Therefore, no matter how the pressure of the system changes, through the regulation of the valve spool, P3, P2 pressure difference between the always remain unchanged. Therefore, the anti disturbance ability of this kind of valve is strong, and it has the function of dynamic balance;
Secondly, when the stroke electric actuator receives control signal to the valve shaft extension A - B to the up and down movement (or rotary electric actuator receives control signals to the valve shaft to rotate along the R), opening P2, P3 between the changes. Because regardless of system pressure (P1-P3) changes, the pressure difference between P2 and P3 (P2-P3) is always the same, so the corresponding to any opening position, the transportation of water flow is the flow characteristic curve of flow characteristic curve and the actual and ideal electric control valve is the same, no deviation. Therefore, the electric control valve has a better regulation characteristics than the traditional electric control valve.
