ZYC type self pressure control valve is a kind of self control by using the pressure change of the medium itself and keep the energy saving product which flows through the medium pressure difference of the controlled system. The working principle is illustrated by the example of ZYC type self pressure differential pressure control valve installed in the return pipe. When the water supply pressure P1 increases or decreases, the signal is introduced into the diaphragm by the connection pipe cavity, driven by the spool down or up, so that the flow area of the valve seat decreases or increases. P2-P3 also increases or decreases, until the P1-P2 value remained constant. When the return pressure P3 increases or decreases the moment with the seat velocity to reduce or increase the flow of exports, the film pressure at the moment of P2 also increased or decreased, which drives the valve core to move up or down, until the diaphragm force balance, P2 recovery value, P1-P2 protection value is constant, thereby ensure that the controlled system between supply and return water the pressure difference basically unchanged.
Valve strength and tightness test should be in accordance with the following requirements.
(1) the engineering application of the hydraulic control valve is a manufacturing plant inspection, a variety of complete, technical information to meet the requirements of the product.
(2) according to the functional requirements, select the valve type, and then according to pipeline transportation media, temperature, construction standards and the main requirements of the industry, to determine the valve body and sealing parts of the material. Body material is commonly used in cast iron, copper, iron, copper, plastic, etc.. The commonly used sealing surface and lining materials are copper alloy, plastic, steel, hard alloy, rubber, etc.. Body material should be matched with piping material.
(3) the nominal pressure of the valve has 0.6, 1, 1.6, 2.5 and 4.0MPa and other different levels, the pipeline transportation of the media, the working pressure should be less than the nominal pressure of the valve.
(4) the project of the hydraulic control valve setting should have enough space for management, operation, installation and maintenance, and should meet the requirements of the pipeline valve.
(5) when the pipe is connected by flange, the hydraulic control valve with flange connection should be adopted, and the hydraulic control valve with groove connection should be adopted when the pipeline is connected with a groove.
(6) water control valve should be set in the medium one-way flow of the pipeline.
(7) the direction of the arrow on the main body of the hydraulic control valve must be consistent with the pipeline system.
(8) the water control valve should not have gas blocking, air resistance. Automatic exhaust valve should be set at the highest position of the pipe network.
(9) when the valve is installed, the valve cover and valve stem should be facing up. Vertical installation, valve cover, valve stem should be outward.
