Trace exhaust valve product overview:
In general, the water contains about 2VOL% dissolved AIR. In the process of water conveyance, the AIR is continuously released from the water and gathered at the high point of the pipeline, forming an AIR POCKET, which makes water conveyance difficult and reduces the water conveyance capacity of the system by about 5-15%. The main function of this micro exhaust valve is to remove this 2VOL% dissolved air, and is suitable for installation in high-rise buildings, plant piping, small pumping stations to protect or improve the system water transfer efficiency and save energy.
The trace exhaust valve of SIMPLE LEVER TYPE is similar to an oval valve body. All the internal parts including float ball, LEVER and seat are 304 stainless steel. The standard exhaust diameter is 1/6", which is suitable for PN16 working pressure environment. Medium temperature: 0-80℃.
Trace exhaust valve is mainly used in hvac system, often installed in the high point or elbow, in order to eliminate excess gas in the pipeline, improve the pipeline efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
Principle of action of trace exhaust valve:

If this valve is not installed, the pipeline at any time air resistance, so that the water capacity of the pipeline can not meet the design requirements, secondly; When the pipeline is in operation, the failure of power and the failure of the pump pipe will cause the vibration or rupture of the pipeline. Exhaust and intake valves quickly suck air into the pipe to prevent vibration or rupture.
2. When the water enters the pipeline, the plug head stops at the lower part of the positioning for a large amount of exhaust. When the air is exhausted, the water enters the valve to float the ball, and the transmission plug head is closed to stop the exhaust. Pipeline during normal operation will naturally produce a small amount of gas, the gas will be gathered in the upper tube, quite far, water levels fall in the valve, floating ball well down air to escape from holes in the event of a power outage, stop the pump and the pipe flow air negative pressure would appear, floating ball well down, open the hole a large number of air intake to ensure pipeline safety.
